Processing time

• Local Warehouse: orders ship the next business day.
• Remote Warehouses: processing varies by location — most ship within 2–3 business days, with a range of next-day up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Free shipping

Orders of $60 or more shipping within the U.S. ship free. Below $60, shipping cost depends on where your item ships from (see below). International orders are always calculated at checkout.

Some items in your cart may ship from different locations, so you could receive multiple packages for a single order, each with its own tracking number.

International shipping

All international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days via DHL eCommerce, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
